Air Conditioners
I service almost all makes and models but specialize in the Lennox brand. Changing an R-22 system over to a newer R-410a system is more expensive than just swapping out an existing 410a air conditioning unit. If possible, copper lineset must be changed with new 410a installs, or at minimum lines must be flushed out followed with nitrogen if lines are in-ground or above fixed ceilings. This price will also include a new evaporator section along with all of the proper EPA required steps we all are supposed to follow.
Water Heater
I repair almost any make of gas or electric water heaters. If you need a water heater replaced, I can install 40 and 50-gallon gas or electric water heaters. It will most likely be a Rheem, A.O. Smith, or Bradford White.
** Attention: We do not install 75-gallon tanks.**
